Pre-order cancellations
You may request cancellation and a full refund before your item enters production. Once in production, cancellation may not be available.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Change of dispatch date
If an estimated dispatch date changes significantly, you may be entitled to request a refund. Contact us to discuss.
